Our Company

Here at Legally Informed, LLC, we are dedicated to providing you legal information in a format you can actually understand: Plain English. We’ve analyzed the black letter law and case law to deliver relevant and critical information that you need to know.

The concept for the first video, The Sunshine Law, came about when attorney Linda Frosch, president of Legally Informed, LLC, was elected to City Council. After reading articles of peers in other cities and towns violating the Sunshine Law and the severe penalties involved, it became apparent that Florida’s open government law was not fully understood by the officials to whom it applied. Linda saw a need for a streamlined teaching tool of Florida’s Sunshine Law, as well as an opportunity for cities to save money. Providing this information in a video that explained the Sunshine Law in “Plain English” would accomplish both of these goals. Officials could carry out their public service without risk of a Sunshine Law violation and cities would save money by not having to pay their city attorney to teach a new board or commission member The Sunshine Law.

Linda J. Frosch, Esq. – President & Executive Producer
Linda is the entrepreneurial drive behind Legally Informed, LLC. Her vision is to educate non-attorneys on laws that have a direct impact on their family, job or present life situation. After counseling many clients over the years she realized that taking the time to talk a client through their particular legal situation and explain, in layman’s terms, the surrounding laws, served to put a client’s mind at ease and also empowered them to make better decisions in the future. Linda’s goal is to educate people before they find themselves in a legal battle, before they are clients. Linda has brought together a team of attorneys and creative professionals to bring this vision to reality by developing educational, engaging videos that teach you about various topics of the law. The Legally Informed team continues to work diligently to bring to the market a series of videos on other legal topics. Linda is a
member of the Florida Bar and serves as a City Council member in her community.
